The longest career (25 years in April 2022) in human resources and recruitment. JP has a black belt in learning from mistakes and a brown belt in recovering quickly. A thirst for learning, humility and curiosity for the new are traits he brings to work every day. Changing the world for the better and, in particular, valuing the skills of employees and finding talent inspires this 'Teisko-Italian' wonderer, who sees the potential for success in almost any situation. According to his Helsinki colleagues, he hasn't managed to eliminate the Tampere dialect, but there hasn't been a need for that either, as we are proudly embracing our backgrounds. Before his career as a consultant, Teemu worked in the industry in export roles, at a technical trade wholesaler, and in retail. Managing the active hobbies of three children has kept Teemu busy in the driver's seat, but now the children are taking over the wheel themselves, and he is starting to find more time for his own hobbies again. He has several hobbies related to sports, with ice hockey remaining the most important. Working in a good team and achieving common goals was motivating in hockey, and it's the same in the professional world. Eero strengthens Armstrong's lineup with his experience in the IT recruiting field. As a consultant, Eero specializes in recruitment and direct search in the IT sector, as well as research work for experts in this same sector. Before his consulting career, Eero has worked as an expert in Talent Boost projects promoting the mobility and settlement of the international workforce. Another important hat Eero wears is to act as Armstrong's unofficial "CEO", i.e. Chief Entertainment Officer. As a fundamentally positive person and sworn fan of the Finnish comedy show Kummeli, it is important for Eero – as the show states - to make ”the crowd laugh”. Eero’s unofficial motto is that ”one should know ’thank you’ and ’cheers’ in as many languages as possible”. Outside work Eero is a family man from Eastern Tampere and a father to two little girls.
